Very friendly and professional.
I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the folks with this auction house. I won 8 dolls and they came perfectly packed with even their sleep eyes protected which I see very few auctioneers who know dolls like these folks do. I will never hesitate to bid in their auctions again.
