I didn't request for shipping anyway they took from my account with shipping payment, and then I didn't receive my item because FedEx lost my package, still processing they dont have proof they dont have a signature, I have bought for. my daughter and still missed, I'm waiting for solution and its not about auction house its about FEDEX!

Item was as described, the gilded trim did have more damage on arrival but as alot of it was already falling off or cracked so nothing to terrible.

Shipping was stated as not provided secure on your own. However, it was included after the close and was pricey. Be careful with the making fees.

Very good experience, the auction item was thoroughly and accurately described. They took extra care in packaging a very delicate item which arrived in pristine condition.

Excited about this purchase as it is quite a rare item.

I paid my invoice, without shipping, with the intention of picking up my item. Instead, they automatically billed my card and shipped my item. Not thrilled to pay $90 to ship something I could have picked up for free. I do not know if I will shop with Middleman again.

I am grateful Middle Man helped me obtain shipping through a 3rd party as shipping would have otherwise been 3 times the lot price! They did help and quickly. I am very pleased and will bid again.

I was the winning bidder on two necklaces. Middleman were easy to reach post-auction as I had questions about the payment and shipping process. They walked me through the options and were patient and helpful I received my items quickly after that, packed well. I am very happy with the two items which looked exactly as they were pictured and described. I'll definitely bid again with MiddleManBrokers.

Easy process

I was charged for this piece and requested at least 25 times that I wanted to see my request as a bid. I never received. I have asked for my money back so many times and I get the run around. They charged me six times in shipping for the price of the product. I did receive one email where I was told I could ship back but I had to use THEIR SHIPPING? I texted back they need to send me shipping as I did not I t purchase and I do not intend to be out of any more money. I ordered pictures and someone decided to keep so they texted me saying that happened. I was fine. No charge. NO THEY CHARGED ME AND SENT ME PICTURES I NEVER ASKED FOR AND CHARGED ME THE PRICE! That's not all. I got notified that i was going to receive, some strange sculpture that i asked for? I never did they say they will send my proof of request. Never did. Charged me another amount. I asked for one amount that I did receive and was quite happy. So I am waiting for money that belongs to me and this auction company does not deal properly when handling accounts. I hope no one else experiences this, but i have read of many who have.

Impossible to speak with a human. I wont make the same mistake again. They are not totally to blame Live shipping is a huge problem.

The lots accurately match the photos and descriptions provided, which allows me to bid with confidence. Communication is professional, transactions are smooth, and the overall process is reliable. I am always satisfied with my purchases and highly recommend this auction house.

I won three vases on this site. Two were chipped with no mention in the description. I contacted Middlemanbrokers and send pictures of the chipped vases. They offered a partial refund and i have it in my bank account. I feel they should have disclosed the chipped items before the auction as i never would have bid on them. I paid over 200.00 just to have them shipped. Once you win the items you are over a barrel so Liveauctions can charge anything that they wont to charge as you need you items shipped to you. So this is why i gave them a 4 star rating.

Great auction house, will buy again!!

I won several items in an auction in October. I phoned a several times with no response. I attempted to contact via email as well again with no response. I live over three hours away and wanted to assure to arrange a "pick up" time. I never received any kind of return contact. Very frustrating experience-especially when I did spend a few hundred dollars with this group. I have dealt with auction houses both within the state of Florida and elsewhere. I have never had this kind of experience. Think twice before participating in one of their auctions. Not worth the frustration or time.

The item was totally misrepresented, and I've made a claim with LiveAuctioneers, to no avail. Still waiting.
