Excellent experience! Top notch!!
From start to finish, everything went perfectly with zero issues. My hat is off to everyone, from the auction crew, the art wrappers, and especially the shippers who made 13 pieces fit amazingly all in one box. It was pretty impressive. Thanks!

I would buy through it again.
Excellent service from auction employees. Auction staff was friendly and helpful. Item was well packed and arrived in good order. I very much appreciate being able to speak directly by phone with staff.

Not as listed!
The art pieces were listed as original charcoal drawings, and they are not. I paid for prints of original pieces, which is a great disappointment and very misleading.

We have been in business for over 20 years and have a stellar reputation, because we vet items to the best of our ability and would not sell something we thought was possibly a print. However, we cannot guarantee, as we are not experts on every artist. This is why our Terms and Conditions allows a period of time for you to return the item if you can provide an opinion from a recognized authority that the piece is not authentic. We sell originals and these pieces specifically, that you've purchased, came directly from a very well-known collector of originals. We do not believe that these two pieces that you've purchased, are prints.
