Responsiveness of Cosas Auction House
When the item I won was sent to my old address in another state, I contacted the auction house to see what could be done. I must say, David Medford made every effort on his end to rectify the situation, and eventually, I received my item! I would not hesitate to bid on a Cosas auction again.

In house shipping available
I'll always focus my attention on an auction house that provides in house shipping like Cosas-they were quick, efficient and most importantly very reasonable. On more that one occasion I was forced to pay an outrageous fee for packing and shipping a relatively small and unbreakable item by a UPS store recommended by the auctioneer. Cosas proves it unnecessary.

BEST EXPERIENCE
In house packing and shipping combined with PayPal made for a FAST and SEAMLESS experience. I bought on the weekend, paid Monday and had my package arrive Friday, and this is in the several weeks before Christmas! BEST experience I have had on LA. I now follow this seller, and will preview all upcoming sales.

Do not trust condition description
Claimed both vases were in excellent condition with no damage or breaks or missing parts. Trted to use the excuse because they mentioned, an exception, a ding on the metal rim, that this cover not mentioning the breakage & damage to the enamel of one of the vases. Photos provided did not show the damage. Only with magnification of one photo and a lot of guessing on the bidder's part might you dare to suspect that the description was misleading or dishonest. Ask yourself, when there is damage, breakage (cracks) and missing enamel, how then can the vase be considered to be in excellent condition? Both vases have dings to the metal rims only one vase has damage to the enamel. A honest condition description would have been to describe one vase being in very good condition and the other in fair condition with some damage to the enamel.

As mentioned in your review-all (total of 4 pieces included in this lot) items were in excellent condition "EXCEPT" one of the vases had a ding near the rim. The ding was clearly mentioned in the condition statement as you admit. The ding had enamel loss that was shown in the pictures included in the auction listing. Our listings state "Please see all pictures for more information on condition." If you did not see a ding that was clearly mentioned in the condition statement, the "Preview Period" section of the auction states "we are here for you and welcome any requests for additional information and pictures". As our previous feedback suggests, we bend over backwards to help our bidders in any way that we can. Having said all this, you declared that you were not interested in a return/refund.
