I NEVER GOT ITEM EVEN THOUGH I PAID! THIS IS STEALING

Very happy with my purchase! Exactly as pictured/described and securely packaged. Appreciated that the gem arrived in a small plastic box instead of a plastic bag. Will definitely purchase from Fantasy Jewelry again!

I won two items, one pair of Lapis earrings and one lapis bead bracelet. First, when I opened the brace I could tell immediately by the weight it wasn’t genuine stone, it was too light. Genuine stone is heavy. I then did a color test and it was a dyed blue. Real stones don’t transfer color. The bracelet was supposed to be 10mm beads but they’re barely 8mm. The lapis earrings I bought are cute but unfortunately they are fake as well. Again, the weight is too light for genuine lapis and the “stones” were dyed as well. Real lapis doesn’t need to be dyed. The shipping time was ridiculous as well but o can be patient with that. Overall I’m very disappointed and upset that my items are fake. This is a fraudulent company ripping off their customers. They know what they’re doing.

I bought my first item from them which was an emerald. I believe they advertise truthfully and I think I got a fair price for what I bought. I have bought an additional stone from them, and will most likely be back for more. They do charge a buyer’s premium, but it’s in line with what most of the auction houses charge, and shipping was fast and secure. I would try them out!

I regret to share a disappointing experience with Fantasy Jewelry, also known as Street of Gems. After winning two auctions and paying a significant sum of $700 +, I have yet to receive any of the items purchased. Despite attempts to reach out, their customer service has been unresponsive, providing only one brief reply stating the items were ready for shipping and promising tracking information that was never sent. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is unacceptable. In light of this situation, I have taken the necessary step of filing a dispute with PayPal to secure a refund. Furthermore, I have retained legal counsel to pursue a lawsuit against Street of Gems dba 'Fantasy Jewelry' and Live Auctioneers for allowing this auction house to continue doing business on their platform. Regrettably, this isn't the first negative review of the auction house, raising serious concerns about their practices and legitimacy on the Live Auctioneers platform. Prospective clients should exercise extreme caution and take heed of this warning.

Item never arrived. I contacted FantasyJewelry and they tried to do a Bait and Switch on me by wanting to send me a piece of junk in exchange. I said no. They said they can't find the item I bought, but they are selling the exact item on auction as I write this review. LiveAuctioneers has ignored my requests for a refund. I've been waiting months and I plan on legal action. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. This is the worst experience ever.

The communication was not very good, not sending any information about the shipment and after requesting, the tracking number was not even possible to use. The packing was really poor, although luckily the articles arrived without damage, but a simple paper envelop was used and some plastic wrap. The description of the article was totally accurate.

*** SCAMMER ALERT *** Do Not Buy From this seller! I bought this in a live auction on 5/17/22. Today is 6/25/22 and I still have not received it. I wrote seller multiple times. I was told lies after lies. They kept claiming it was shipped, but had no tracking information. A week later gave "a" tracking number. They only created a label, but still to this day, label is NOT in the system aka, they have not shipped. I demanded a refund, still waiting to get my money back.

Since last Nov 2021, I have still not received any of the items I have paid for for 2 auctions and one buy now item! At this time I have paid for 5 items – 3 on Nov 2 2021, 1 on Nov 3 2021, and on Nov 16 2021 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THESE ITEMS NOR ANY REFUND FOR THESE ITEMS! I contacted the company several times regarding all items, responses were very slow-they said they were shipped, but had no tracking info and the items were lost-they said they would replace them-they never did-I requested a refund and to this day have not received one. I contacted the Liveauction and they sent an email saying that the company had sent me an email.... worst experience I have ever had. Still working on getting this resolved will most likely need to get my credit card company involved-worst customer service ever. Unbelievable 3 separate auctions! 8 total items.

Receiving a gift of a lapis heart with my lapis eagle was touching.

I received my parcel with my aution lots, paked carelessly, damage to 1 specimen. also halve the items included are not the same as the ones in the pictures when i bid and won. In response to an email explining this situation, they told me they were going to cross check the inventory and get back to me. when they did get back to me they told me my package had arrived. They so far have completely ignored the part of my messages where i explained the discrepancy between what I bid on and what I received.

Amazing specimens, good deals, very professional to deal with, items arrived quickly. Purchased with them 2x and so far have been very impressed. Hope to be buying more from them in the future.

The piece I bought was beautiful

I "won" a nice thick Royal Blue Lapis Lazuli Biscuit weighing 41.5 Grams. What arrived was a thin wafer of stone weighing 19 grams. The item mailed to me a month late, and I received no communication from the seller until I pestered them to tell me where my item was. This is 100 % a case of bidding on one item that I saw in a photo, and receiving something completely inferior worth FAR less than what I paid. I guess "fantasy jewelry" means that you are in a fantasy world if you think they are going to send you what you actually ordered. These people should lose the right to use these platforms. This was not some small clerical error. This was theft.

The item was fantastic, no doubt. The shipping from Pakistan took much longer than I thought, but I guess they aren't as efficient over there than here. Pleased overall.

THE WINNING ITEMS WERE 6 ITEMS HOWEVER I RECEIVED 7 ITEMS WHICH I BELEIVE WAS A TRADEOFF FOR THE ACTUAL ITEMS SHOWN COMPAIRED TO WHAT I RECEIVED. I ACCEPTED THE ITEMS SENT EVEN THOUGH THE MATRIX WERE DIFFERENT AND THE GARNETS DARKER THEN SHOWN.

Won three items from Fantasy Jewelry on auction via LiveAuctioneers. I never received any of the items! Contacted Fantasy Jewelry twice and still haven’t received any of the items won! Have gotten promises of similar items in place for the other items won but have never received them either!
