Yes maybe no shipping cost but paying a tariff to get my item shipped then to recite another bill months later for move tariff charges. No right all. Never again will I purchase another item again

Beautiful stones but the process was horrible. They got them certified, THANK YOU, but these are light on carat weight 0.81 instead of 1.10, 0.81 instead of 1.0, and 1.31 instead of 1.35. But the stones are gorgeous. They worked their best with me but just an over all bad experience purchasing.

easy transaction-no issues

Very happy with transaction and quality of item. Better than shown in the photos.

Payment Request was flagged by my fraud guard.

They never responded to multiple emails and didn't fix the problems. Seller never sent the two bracelets won. They sent wrong ones twice. They are still advertising one of them.

The item shipped was not the item I bid on and I have not received a response about my issue.

Despite the other reviews, I received my sapphire about 2 weeks after payment. The sapphire was as described and all communication I had with the seller was within 24 hours of messaging. For those who are US-based, it is more beneficial to be patient and communicate clearly if you have questions or issues, as they are overseas. Also be aware of any shipping and geopolitical issues that might delay your parcels. Fortunately, it was all smooth sailing for me so thank you, Fantasy Jewelry.

I won 2 items from this company and paid them as soon as invoiced, I have not received the items. I won them in January and it is now mid-March. I have reached out to them several times asking for a status and have never received a response, I do not recommend doing any business with them.

This group was very helpful. My shipment was a bit late gettingto me. I wrote to them and they responded quickly with the tracking information. I am happy with my purchase!

They waited a week or two to answer my messages and kept saying they're on the way but didn't provide a tracking number. They kept giving an old tracking number to Liveauctioneers to keep them at bay, and Liveauctioneers kept believing them and not me. LiveAuctioneers is a terrible company to auction from and customer service is s almost non-existent. All they do is answer emails but don't do any hard legwork. They say they will but then drop the ball. Stay away from Fantasy Jewelry and Liveauctioneers.

Although the items are very beautiful and come well packed, do not expect your items quickly. I ordered Sept 9th and did not receive my items until December 7th. Also, after initially responding, the auction house wouldn't respond to my questions after mid October until I messaged Live support and then still did not provide me the promised refund.

These stones are so rich in color I fell in love. I also ordered 2 other gems similar also very beautiful n gorgeous in color. The only problem was the shipping was delayed/lost for 2 months. I just rec'd pkg that was torn n beat up. I'm surprised gems didn't fall out n lost. I'm extremely happy I now received. Thank you

Very disappointed with fantasy jewelry I have contacted them their reply you should rec'd in 2 to 3 wks! It's been at least 7 wks n when I track it tells me not in system. I truly think they never sent my 3 gems!!!@

I hate that I have to write a bad review but this situation is not right. The item sent to me is not close tol what was listed in the photos. The listing was titled 'very fine' but what was sent to me was very low quality. I have reached out several times to the seller through email and LiveAuctioneers messaging. They have not responded and it's been days. Now LiveAuctioneers is hopefully going to get this resolved for me. Absolutely terrible experience from this seller. I would never recommend buying from them. And after seeing all of the other terrible reviews I am surprised that they are allowed to continue selling on this site.

The wire rounds on the stone were jagged and unprofessional, stones were small and not high quality, shipping took forever, not returning.

What was supposed to be 2 weeks has stretched out to over 45 days: and trying to get ANYTHING from this seller is like pulling hen’s teeth. Good luck getting anything. even communication is WOEFULLY LACKING! I have specifically asked repeatedly for verifiable tracking information. And I’ve gotten absolutely ZERO COOPERATION! It’s more than I should have spent with a NO NAME company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I was charged and never received my gems tried several times to contact the seller asking why I hadn’t received them. And when could I expect to receive them but never got a reply. When I would ask any other kind of questions like how many gems did I win at the action or any thing besides when could I expect them I would get a reply..

I didn’t realize it bid on something from out of the country, but even so, they did a great job with connecting with me and shipping.
