Scam seller
Heads up with this seller as my experience shows he’s a real scam. I thought I had won 3 beautiful stones ….. Firstly it took more than 3 weeks for the parcel to finally arrive. The seller is based in Muscat and if I remember properly the goods were shipped from Thailand. I am Singapore based, which means he didn’t have the stone he advertised and he had them made. The seller was unresponsive at some point when trying to track my orders …. Goods finally arrived and not a single stone out of the 3 was similar to the « picture » I bet on. 3 weeks later I’m still in the process of the refund. The seller told me I would be refunded on July, 13th …. we’re the 20th and nothing to be seen on my account ….. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Unreliable
On June 20, 2026 I won 2 items at auction. It has been 30 days and I have not received my items nor have I received any response to my messages. I am very disappointed.

I won a bid with this company and would not recommend them. Took 8 weeks to get my stuff. Paid $23 in shipping to wait 8 weeks, Really? I was told on 3 different emails; that it would be shipped in a couple of days. Questions about tracking number via emails were nearly impossible to get answered or simply ignored. Its got to the point that they stop responding. Won't bid on this site again. Terrible customer service.

Cautious buying
Yes maybe no shipping cost but paying a tariff to get my item shipped then to recite another bill months later for move tariff charges. No right all. Never again will I purchase another item again

Absolutely beautiful. The Garnet is amazing. Mass confusion with my order, a bit upsetting.
Beautiful stones but the process was horrible. They got them certified, THANK YOU, but these are light on carat weight 0.81 instead of 1.10, 0.81 instead of 1.0, and 1.31 instead of 1.35. But the stones are gorgeous. They worked their best with me but just an over all bad experience purchasing.

Very disorganized and noncommunicative seller
They never responded to multiple emails and didn't fix the problems. Seller never sent the two bracelets won. They sent wrong ones twice. They are still advertising one of them.

Received item as expected
Despite the other reviews, I received my sapphire about 2 weeks after payment. The sapphire was as described and all communication I had with the seller was within 24 hours of messaging. For those who are US-based, it is more beneficial to be patient and communicate clearly if you have questions or issues, as they are overseas. Also be aware of any shipping and geopolitical issues that might delay your parcels. Fortunately, it was all smooth sailing for me so thank you, Fantasy Jewelry.

Won and paid for 2 items-did not receive them
I won 2 items from this company and paid them as soon as invoiced, I have not received the items. I won them in January and it is now mid-March. I have reached out to them several times asking for a status and have never received a response, I do not recommend doing any business with them.

Seller and Liveauctioneers are a Scam
It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received one of the items in this order. Seller practiced coercion by telling me they will send the item after I change the negative reviews I left from last 2 orders. I was foolish to order again. They waited a week or two to answer my messages and kept saying they're on the way but didn't provide a tracking number. They kept giving an old tracking number to Liveauctioneers to keep them at bay, and Liveauctioneers kept believing them and not me. LiveAuctioneers is a terrible company to auction from and customer service is s almost non-existent. All they do is answer emails but don't do any hard legwork. They say they will but then drop the ball. Stay away from Fantasy Jewelry and Liveauctioneers.

Shipping problems
Although the items are very beautiful and come well packed, do not expect your items quickly. I ordered Sept 9th and did not receive my items until December 7th. Also, after initially responding, the auction house wouldn't respond to my questions after mid October until I messaged Live support and then still did not provide me the promised refund.

Beautiful stones
These stones are so rich in color I fell in love. I also ordered 2 other gems similar also very beautiful n gorgeous in color. The only problem was the shipping was delayed/lost for 2 months. I just rec'd pkg that was torn n beat up. I'm surprised gems didn't fall out n lost. I'm extremely happy I now received. Thank you

Almost 2 months not rec'd yet
Very disappointed with fantasy jewelry I have contacted them their reply you should rec'd in 2 to 3 wks! It's been at least 7 wks n when I track it tells me not in system. I truly think they never sent my 3 gems!!!@

Item received is not what was listed in photos. Seller will not respond.
I hate that I have to write a bad review but this situation is not right. The item sent to me is not close tol what was listed in the photos. The listing was titled 'very fine' but what was sent to me was very low quality. I have reached out several times to the seller through email and LiveAuctioneers messaging. They have not responded and it's been days. Now LiveAuctioneers is hopefully going to get this resolved for me. Absolutely terrible experience from this seller. I would never recommend buying from them. And after seeing all of the other terrible reviews I am surprised that they are allowed to continue selling on this site.

This jewelry was not the quality of the price point, shipping was slow and I am thoroughly unhappy
The wire rounds on the stone were jagged and unprofessional, stones were small and not high quality, shipping took forever, not returning.

It’s been over 45 days and NOTHING!
What was supposed to be 2 weeks has stretched out to over 45 days: and trying to get ANYTHING from this seller is like pulling hen’s teeth. Good luck getting anything. even communication is WOEFULLY LACKING! I have specifically asked repeatedly for verifiable tracking information. And I’ve gotten absolutely ZERO COOPERATION! It’s more than I should have spent with a NO NAME company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!
