I bet on and won a coin that was advertised as a 1945D walking liberty half dollar MS 66 received a 1943 coin In slab that says 1945d walking liberty half dollar ms66. So the value of the coin just sunk the picture was misleading you could not see the date clear enough to notice. Ian very sad I thought I had found a new place to get coins for my collection but after this experience I feel like I should stick to my local coin shop. i called the auction house they didn’t seem to helpful. Ive bought many items from them, never had a major issue until recently. If there is an issue good luck. They literally could not care less about the customer. By far the worst customer service experience of my life. Will never do business with them again. They have developed auction terms in a way that voids them any and all accountably. Misleading pictures and description? doesn't matter bid at your own risk. They are great at packaging and shipping (the easy part) but don't expect logical resolution if you have any issue.

I am please with my purchases and the quickness of delivery.

Happy with my purchase and the whole experience!

My Purchased Item was suppose to be shipped from Kentucky to Auckland, New Zealand. However this item has ended up in a USPS Depot in Puerto Rico, went out for Delivery in Puerto Rico and has now been stuck in the "Processing" stage for the last 3 weeks, with no indication of this item ever making it to New Zealand. I AM FURIOUS, and want the Item or a Refund. This cost me hundreds of dollars, FOR NOTHING..... The Auction House provided the Tracking Number, that's it. No follow up nothing. I am now looking at taking legal action or filing a theft report with police for the money lost.

I bought three coins and sent them to PCGS for grading. Every one of them were cleaned.
