After winning the auction, I was notified, that the item was listed in error (was sold a long time ago). The money were promptly returned.

I am so sorry that I listed an item for auction that I had already sold. With covid-19 I was working from my computer and listed the item on the auction without going to the warehouse and putting my eyes on them. I know that is no excuse.
