Bought several lots of toy trains. Descriptions were spot on and they were very helpful with local pick up.

I purchased a vintage shopping bag from Antique Factory, and it was shipped in a timely manner. The problem with the shipping was not the fault of Antique Factory but with UPS. UPS left this flat on my stoop when it could have been laid flat up against my house, near my front door. This mattered because the forecast for that evening was rain, and when I returned home the front, back and sides of the were soaked. It's only because Antique Factory used multiple layers of cardboard protecting my item that it was received unscathed. I called them and thanked them for the care they used to package my item. UPS dropped the ball on this delivery.

Would buy from again!

Antique Factory is great, their packing and shipping came to 39 $which was excellent. However, UPS added extra import taxes (OK that’s fair) but then $102 for brokerage fees … so we add $168 plus $39 ($207 total plus taxes and auction fees on their side. Buyer beware.

No a bad purchase at all. The stein is now being sanitized and then dried-as any item going into any new home needs to be. the auction houses need to add that level of attention to products going across their system-be helpful-not just handle the money.

This is my first purchase through this auction. It went very well and pickup was fast and easy. The item was as described and the starting bid was fair. I’d definitely buy from them again

They carefully wrapped the lamp and put it in a new box with plenty of packing and then they put that box in a much larger box with peanuts and plenty of space. For all this and shipping and insurance and my request for "signature required" they only charged me $40.00! (I have done enough packing and shipping to know it must have cost them more.) The hula lamp is beautiful with its original patina. The auction had over 200 items, I am sure it must be hard to answer all the emails from winning bidders. I called and had a pleasant conversation with Peter about my item and shipping. Thanks!

The descriptions of lot items were very detailed (measurements, signatures, condition, etc), and judging by the items I got, the information was accurate. I can't speak to shipping, as I live locally to their location, so I picked up my 2 items. I really appreciated that the items were clean and carefully wrapped after I inspected them. Finally, they were placed in a nice bag and presented to me. Very classy!

The auctions here are run by a brick and mortar antique store in business at the same location since 1999. The item I won I had been looking for, for over a year. By chance I found this auction through LiveAuctioneers on a saved search. To my surprise, their store is five minutes from where I live! Being new to the area, I had not heard of them. I was able to go to the store and actually look at the item and see it work. The people that run the auctions are genuinely nice people. HONEST people! They will bend over backwards to help you. I cannot say enough about them. I have been collecting for over 50 years and I haven’t found better people to do business with.

Description was good, but could have been better with more information. Only concern that could have been a problem was the packaging which was crushed, but fortunately the artwork was fine. I would bid with this seller again.

After we paid for a won lot, as we usually do with all the other auction houses, we tried to contact the shippers from the auction house's list, no reply from anyone. We tried to have assistance from the auction house about that, they replied only once saying that we have to refer to that list. After few months we were able to have someone there to contact them (difficult for us to manage communication from abroad), they first said that is their right to hold the goods even if paid if not picked up !) and then they stopped answering the phone.

Everything went well. The description was accurate. Payment was easy. The item arrived quickly and without any damage. Thanks!
