I won a couple comics on an auction, they were sneaky in their photos about laying one comic over the other. So when I got them at home multiple books were torn in half and incomplete. This could not be seen in the photos posted nor was it stated in the description for the lot. Once I reached out to address the issue, they would not respond.

Bought a lovely vintage amplifier from Vintage Auctions, they were quick to respond to any questions I had. Only complaint I can really think of is the shipping was a little slower than I expected, however, I used to work for a large auction house so I can understand the post auction craziness that may have contributed to slowing that process down. Overall, I would definitely recommend bidding on an item from Vintage Auctions and asking as many questions as needed. They were professional and punctual with their communication.

Delicate turquoise necklace was shipped with heavy pendant in a zip loc bag. Heavier pendant broke the turquoise necklace-they offered 15 % credit which will not even cost what I am charged these days for a tiny solder repair. Items need to be SEPARATED! I have done business with them for years so I was disappointed with this response.

Their packing is terrible. Putting comics in a envelope wrapped tightly in bubble wrap with ZERO cardboard support damages the corners. It is the sole reason I haven't bid alot on their auctions. I don't trust them not to damage it.
