Thanks for your feedback. We have been going through a major internal transition that involved changing processes on how we deal with Sterling and other fine jewelry. Things we thought were being done were not. That has changed. The new policies and procedures make sure we are digging deeper into the items we sell. We are sorry you have not been satisfied with all your past purchases, but we assure you, things are changing and getting better. Also, understand, we are human, so some mistakes may still be made, but we are doing our best to make sure more double checks are in place to prevent them. We hope to continue doing business with you.

We understand the shipping issue. We are trying our best to work with LiveShip to make sure we are not over charging. The system is new so we will get better. We appreciate the feedback!
