The key to all of this is COMMUNICATION. Steve with Ahon with highly professional in answer my pre-bid questions. Once I won the rug he immediately reached out to explain next steps. He shipped 48 hours later, sent photos of the package rug along with tracking info and followed up upon receipt. Absolutely the most professional experience. And the rug is as beautiful as he claimed.
