Service was seamless

Great items great service

I was satisfied with number of items and prices offered. Seller was very hands on and cooperative. The only negative is that when the necklace arrived, it was more "golden orange" for what I think a 14K solid gold necklace should be. I will take it to a jewelry to relieve my feelings and post the result. I feel the picture was not as accurate as the actual item as far as color. THERE ARE NO 14K MARKINGS ANYWHERE ON THE NECKLACE OR CHAIN!

Our first auction buying experience at Dana Auctions will certainly not be our last! We appreciated the very excellent Dana Auction online catalog featuring plenty of great images with thorough, accurate descriptions. The auction itself was a model of fine organization which moved along briskly and was such fun! Settlement for the lots we won was a breeze. We purchased multiple lots which were combined, carefully packed (in-house), shipped out very promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. (Packing/shipping was most reasonable.) We could not be more please with Dana Auctions and look forward to participating in future auctions with this FIVE STAR auction house.

Dana Auctions is a great place for great quilts and more at great prices and superb customer service. No other auction house includes detailed informed descriptions that really help me envision the auction items. Shipping charges are not overwhelming like I have incurred at other auction houses. My auction experiences with Dana have always been excellent. Shipping is fast and reasonably priced, and the items consistently match the descriptions. Highly reliable seller!

Lots of photos were included that captured the models perfectly. Invoices arrived promptly and they were sent out quickly once the payment processed. No damage to models upon arrival, the box used was perfect and the internal padding was excellent. I've shopped with them twice and would return.

Items were exactly like the pics and descriptions given. No surprises! Very fast response to a question I had also. Highly recommend!

I have purchased from Dana Auctions twice (one was 6 days ago, but the option to review isn't up yet, but I COULD NOT wait!). Since I purchased textiles and it was online, I could not be happier with the accurate and detailed descriptions provided. The transaction was seamless and the delivery was timely. But the best part?
