I've been dealing with Fairhill Auctions for over five years and numerous auctions and not once have had a problem with them. One issue I had was in email correspondence where I didn't receive my invoice, so one call was all it took to solve the breakdown. Very professional and it's a pleasure to work with them.

I'm always skeptical when dealing with auctioneers because some auctioneers and their in-house shipping or shipping partners do not know how to package delicate items. So my first time dealing with Fairhill, I discovered their in-house shipping was absolutely professional! Excellent communication and service overall. More importantly, my item arrived safely. Will deal with again.

The items were shipped promptly and safely with no muss and fuss; I'm quite happy with this auction house, and they will get more business.

Item was great and fast shipping, a real pro. The only knock on them is that I sent a message with the payment saying that I was close enough to pick it up, saving about $35. However, the item arrived in the mail anyway. Upside on it, the package arrived so quickly, it might have taken longer for me to drive there.

Both times I bid someone kept raising their bid to force me to bid higher than normal, and when they got me to overpay the deleted their last bid at the last second. Not fair or equitable...

Great folks to deal with.. very accomodating and friendly.
