The seller’s service and communication were exceptional. I highly recommend this seller and her items.

I bought a lot which came a little damaged. Live Auctioneers’s offered to pay half for a replacement case from their own pocket. Couldn’t be happier with them.

I bought 3 lots for over $1, 000 from this scammer in September 2020 as Christmas presents. Still to this day I have not received anything! Never get a response from endless emails. Do yourself a favour. Stay clear of this scammer!

Never received item or any help from Auctions Xpress. Did get a hold of the owner's daughter a few times only to be told they were looking into the matter. Received nothing but excuses.

After I was cheated out of $1, 250 by Auctions Xpress, I looked at its online reviews and discovered that recently Auctions Xpress has been selling items which it fails to deliver. Based upon those reviews, I must infer it never had any intention of delivering either those person’s items nor the items I purchased. When, after allowing a couple of weeks to pass, I contacted it via texts, emails and voice messages about when the items would be shipped, Auctions Xpress was and remains completely unresponsive. Needless to say, the items have not been shipped and my money has not been refunded by Auctions Xpress. Auctions Xpress’s blatant dishonesty is something to which I can and do attest.

Bid on 3 auctions which i won then paid my invoice as soon as it was emailed. Problem is there was no follow email/communication regarding shipping. Still have not received items after one month. I have emailed but have never received any info. They took my 370 dollars bit i never received any items. Dave

I won and paid for 2 items more than a month ago. I have heard nothing since. No delivery of the items. There has been no response to several emails, and no response to phone messages, asking about the items. I think this is what is called stealing.

The owner of this business seems very shady. I never received my item, and the staffer, "Casey" stopped responding to my messages. She said she couldn't accept PayPal because "they're keeping my money, I don't know why," which should have been a red flag because it was too late. I had to file a grievance w LiveAuctioneers, and the issue has never been resolved. I guess my next step is to ask GooglePay to refund my money. Avoid this auction house at all costs. Buyer beware! This auction house seems like a scam....
