Winning the bid for the first time with a new Auction House can be a little scarry-how are things going to turn out. From the very start ATTIC TO AUCTION has been excellent. They answered all my questions promptly, being very informative. They helped with shipping, so I received the item as quickly as possible. I was notified when shipping was made (tracking number) which I received it excellent condition. It was packed very well so no damage occurred during transit. I am very pleased. ATTIC TO AUCTION is very Professional and know what they are doing, and they do it well. Do Not hesitate to bid on an item in one of their Auctions. They were wonderful in contacting their mailer and he was gracious to expedite the mailing so I had it before I needed to gift it. They was courteous, gracious, helpful in getting my need resolved. They checked in on me shortly afterward to make sure everything was being handled to my satisfaction. Super attentiveness and super concern for me as a winning bidder. This was my first time participating in the Attic to Auction event. Of all the Auction Houses on Live Auctioneers, this by far has been one of the best experience. Even the shipping process with Mike at Mail-N-Ship 4 U was painless. You received several quotes to select your preferred method. So now I look forward to the future auctions.

This is my first time to buy anything from Attic to Auction, LLC. The entire process was seamless and I highly recommend them. My only minor complaint was the cost of the shipping from the UPS store that is one of their recommended but I find this to be true with all private shippers associated with the auction houses.

The only thing negative that I can say is there is no option for the auction to ship your won items. I will say, though, that Mike was outstanding as far as the usps shipper went.

The two items I purchased are even better than described. Everything was very easy.
