I have dealt with many different auction houses on live auctioneers, this auction house the best. Shipped out very quickly and one of the most reasonable shipping cost!

I buy a lot of things at auction and I know shipping costs are high, but Live Auctioneers shipping wanted $53 to ship 10 small pairs of earrings! So, I went with the UPS Store recommended by the auction house. It took several emails and phone calls to even get a quote and then it was about $35 to ship them. Seriously? 10 small pairs of pierced earrings that fit in a 2 x 3 inch box? I'll be bidding elsewhere, where the auction house provides shipping in house and doesn't over charge.

Customer service was extremely frustrating. I waited for call-backs several times and they were promised but didn't come. It took way too long to get in touch to get my invoice finally paid over the phone, and then the headache of shipping began. Due to poor customer service and hassles with finding a company to finally ship, I don't recommend and won't do business again. My boxes arrived finally yesterday with two broken items, so the nightmare isn't over.

I have purchased from Attic to Auction several times and are never disappointed! The owner, Mary, is professional, courteous, kind and always available to answer any questions. She is extremely knowledgeable with any and all items on the bid whether they are antiques or collectables. The auctions are diverse, and you never know what you will find. Her photos are spot on, and the descriptions are very informative and well researched. Never just a one liner description which sets this auction house apart from others. She goes above and beyond to let you know exactly what you are getting. I highly recommend Attic to Auction and will continue to bid!

Per usual, these items were even better in person! From the inventory to the bidding to the seamless, to the professional shipping service-Attic to Auctions is by far one of my all time favorite auction houses!

I won a small piece of jewelry in this auction. Attic to, Auction was great to work with. However, the shipping company they use charged $45.00 to send me my small piece of jewelry. I have had many items shipped to me from other auctions and have never paid that much. I will not be returning.

Auction house operation and instructions are clear and concise. Bidding experience is perfect. Communications and coordination with shipper were so-so. Understandable due to Christmas rush. Packaging a little risky, though everything arrived intact.

I love participating in their auctions. Great items. Always accurately described. I can’t wait until the next auction!
