Dear, thank you for your honest thoughts! After verification of our system, you didn't ask for any condition report for your bought items, so means = bought as seen. See also our sales condition. We highly recommand to ask a condition report before bidding and purchase, just to be sure about the condition of the item (s) and to avoid any misunderstandings! For shipping we do always ship our parcels with FedEx. But all our customer have the possibilty to create the shipping label at a courrier of their choice. I just double checked your email from 16.10.23 and their was no request for another shipper then FedEx. In your email you just informed us how to pack the items and you specified a delivery address. I never received a refund
So I won an auction for a knife. I paid for it. The auction house said they couldn’t mail it overseas to me. But they never refunded the money I paid.

Goldfields provide excellent shipping service at great price using courrier service. This is in great contrast to many other auctiooners which either outright do not provide shipping service, or just provide contact for shipping company, which charges exorbitent cost for packing and delivery.

Disappointed that i didn't win the auction due to technical issue but the responses from the auction house made up for the loss. Hopefully i have better luck next time. Thumb up for the great items listed by the auction house. ** the reviews for received item, payment, shipping/pick-up are not applicable in my case but i'm sure they will be the same otherwise
