1. Poorest communication of any Auction I've bought from (and I buy $100, 000's from every major Auction House with Accounts at Bonhams, Sothebys, Heritage, Freeman-Hindman, etc). As of yesterday, 4 months post auction McCreary refuses to tell me which UPS Store my item is at. Instead I received a rude reply. 2. McCreary only offers 1 shipping option with UPS Store (the most expensive, bar none). 3. McCreary immediately (next day) transfers items to the UPS Store not allowing customer pick-up. 4. In many years of buying on Live Auctioneers I will never buy from McCreary again. 5. If you are going to buy, get your UPS Store shipping quote before you bid. 6. I 'm filing a formal Complaint with Live Auctioneers and VISA.

Exactly as advertised. Everything, including shipping, handled expeditiously.

Invoice was immediate but it did not include Shipping instructions. We contacted them by email, and they did not respond. In the middle of all the legal information we found a phone number for the UPS store in the small town. They are the only shipping facility in the area, and it will take 3 to 5 days for your items to be shipped. It would have been helpful to have known that the Auction House was going to take our items to the UPS store and that the UPS store would contact us when our items were ready to ship. Instead, the UPS store had hundreds of people contacting them and as they were friendly, we could tell they were a bit frustrated. We just needed to be told; if you are not contacted by the 3rd business day, please contact the UPS store. The items were packaged wonderfully and arrived safely.

UPS 5134 did a great job packing and shipping my item. Would definitely use them again.
