Had a small, issue finding the address. NJ Antiques should state that the address is right on the corner and give the intersection streets.

Not difficult to navigate online
Navigating online was not that difficult. The item looked exactly like the picture and description was accurate. My issue is with communication as it revolved around getting information on shipping. Information was either not clear or I did not get a response. Just be aware that shipping costs are high and could easily be more than the item you purchased.

The items are FABULOUS
Shipping experience was nail biting; but, all was solved in a timely manner. The items are beautiful-from the Wedgwood urn to the rooster. Thanks. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect in every way!
I bought some Chanel sunglasses at a reasonable price, and they were exactly as described. Then an unexpected thing happened-I received them in just 12 days!!!!!! So, it can be done!

Horrible auction house, avoid at all cost!
This auction house is extremely shady, wrote them numerous times about shipping my items and kept getting the runaround, items never got shipped and I was never refunded, horrible auction house to deal with, avoid at all cost!

The antique parasol arrived in perfect condition, and was exactly as shown on the auction site.
First time bidding on an item from NJAntiques. The item arrived, and is exactly as depicted in auction photos. I won't hesitate to bid again, when something comes up that I like.

Did not ship, provided few options. Did not respond to my concern. Lost my money. Horrible.
Did not provide shipment. Provided only two external options. One never responded, and the other one did not agree to do the shipment. Wrote to request more shipment options, or a refund or a credit. Never got a response. Lost my money. Not recommended. No client support provided. Horrible

Has a minimum shipping price for one item that is extensive for small value items

Overcharged for shipping
They charged me well over $100 to ship something from North Jersey to Long Island (a small box too, with UPS Ground Advantage, UPS 'cheapest shipping service). I understand charging a handling fee and a fee for materials used, but this was beyond excessive. Total scammers, AVOID!!!
