The item arrived exactly as they described... and in great shape. I used LiveAuctioneers shipping, which was a mistake. The shipping company does not communicate well. But that has nothing to do with the Devin Moisan's company... they did great!

Your shipping was done through the LiveAuctioneers, LiveShipping program, a program that LiveAuctioneers mandates we offer our customers as a new condition of listing our auctions on the platform. Your purchase was made available for pickup within days after the auction, it was collected by LiveShipping's designated shipper on March 12th, ten days after the conclusion of the auction. The fact that it took another three weeks to arrive to you is inexcusable. Further I can tell you that unfortunately you are not alone, we field inquiries regarding LiveShipping statuses on a daily basis, as many clients report to us that they cannot reach LiveShipping customer service. Always deal directly with the auctioneer,
This is not the fault of the auctioneer, but I was charged sales tax by LiveAuctioneers even though I was exempt and also an online bidding tax without prior warning, and the cost of shipping was exorbitant.

Integrity of your condition report is Poor
I rely on your photos to determine condition of the pieces you offered. You failed to show damage on one of the pieces I bid on. That is unacceptable to me.

This was my first auction with Devin Moisan. We were pleasantly surprised at the antique quality of the items. It was a little odd that it was an "online only" format without video or audio, but it worked out in the end. their internet connections were perfect, with no glitches at all.

Not the best experience
Found staff rude, not helpful, and unwilling to accommodate our moving needs, even though we come from 2 hours away. Desk incorrectly listed as "mahogany"-is actually birch! Linen press was cut in half and then bolted back together-a fact not revealed in the listing. We have bought items from throughout New England (including this auction house, previously) and have had no experiences matching this-most disappointing.
