Every single item in this auction that I won from them proved to be fake once I tried to get them authenticated when I contacted the auction house they said they don’t guarantee anything to be authentic

Be AWARE! Global net worth is by far the least reputable auction house I have been with please be aware that most of their items are fake and fraudulent global net worth has even changed their bio stating that they do not stand behind their items and have no way of knowing if they are authentic, which believe me they are not. After several purchases and me coming skeptical I had all of the jewelry authenticated and absolutely zero were authentic. Most items felt fake looked fake but then once I had them officially declared fake by a third-party authenticator, I contacted them and basically they said too bad please be aware of this when looking at bidding.

I purchased a Chanel bag that turned out to be fake. GNA did not deny it was fake and did not try to prove its authenticity. They just told me I should have gone to their warehouse to inspect the bag before bidding. Refuses to refund or make the transaction right. I connected with another buyer who also purchased a fake Chanel from GNA via Live Auctioneers. She told me this site took down her review. Now the police and FBI are involved. This is not a company to do business with!!

I have now purchased a number of luxury brand jewelry and handbags and EVERY SINGLE ITEM HAS BEEN COUNTERFEIT and when contacted they did not offer a return or other compensation for selling fake items.

Auction title read; "Pair of Large Monkeys Bronze Pedestals Sculpture With Marble Top", but the tops and bottoms were not marble, and it was evident upon picking up the pedestals. A layman could clearly detect the difference, but when I asked the auctioneer about it, he said it "looks like marble", and from six feet away, I agree. But taking any metallic object and rapping sharply against it, there is a distinct plastic sound not solid material like stone. Top observation also shows a number of seams where the faux stone was put together which is not how stone is manufactured. Could have been an honest mistake on their part, and of course they use the liability waiver to assume no responsibility of accurate descriptions, although most of LiveAuctioneers auctions are online only offered to sellers around the globe. I guess bidders are expected to take a flight and inspect items they may or may not win at auction before placing a bid since no auctioneers want to be responsible for their own wording.

As part of my collection, I buy autographs and purchased what was purported to be a Babe Ruth signed check. First, the item is merely a reduced copy of the original check and is worth nothing. Secondly, this auction house charged me $250 to pack and ship this to me... and when it arrived it had a $23.00 USPS label on it. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an auction house I've dealt with on any auction platform. I ended up paying over $300 for a piece of junk. I will NEVER deal with this auction house again!!!!

Call Whole failed to assist in making a federal express damage claim that required the sender to initiate the claim.

Don’t trust this auction to ship anything at a fair price. They charged me $250 to ship a very small painting. The USPS would have charged $30 for the same.

Danny is a very nice guy. He was easy to deal with. We picked up the Foo Dogs at his storage facility. So we had the pleasure of meeting him in person.

Didn’t mention the clock had been damaged/repaired, might have said there was no pendulum. Nice piece overall, but I had been outbid and won anyway! Makes one wonder a bit. I asked for an explanation, but no response.

Last time I bid with this auction House selling reproductions. Expensive shipping. Complete fake a complete waste of money would NEVER think of using this painting.. Displeased is all aspects of this purchase. Getting much better items at shops and ebay-paying less, not having to deal with arranging shipping and shipping far cheaper if bought retail shop or ebay. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. PLAN TO DO A LOT LESS BUYING THROUGH LIVE AUCTIONEERS

This auction clearly lists this lot as an "oil on canvas painting" and it turns out to be a print. Claims description explains but it's ambiguous at best. Won't refund or accept return. LiveAuctioneers says they have no way to help. Please, please, please stay away from this dishonest and unethical auction house. Don't get caught in their trap! I'm placing my online bids at the other live auction site from now on. I feel that move would be very invaluable at the moment. Also, if you live in Southern California and are tempted to visit an estate sale run by the Kovarkisi's, the same people who run this "auction house", don't! They try to pass off brand new import bronzes, furniture, decorative arts, and paintings as old, but they are absolute junk. This type of dealer gives legitimate sellers a bad name.

All-in-all I was very pleased with the whole buying experience. I promptly received an email from an associate, who quickly offered a secure means of shipping at a competitive rate (they included a private shipping quote as well), and had my painting to me safe and sound within a week from halfway across the country.

Very happy with my items, would buy from Royal Decor again.
