Outrageous Shipping
I purchased one license plate. Their shipping partner is charging $48 to ship one license plate. I will not bid with this auction house again.

Poor customer service
I recently purchased items at auction. After payment i expected someone from the auction to contact me regarding shipping my items (which every other auction i have used does do). After several days I contacted them and was told they DO NOT provide shipping and that I needed to contact a third party shipper which they could not provide. I asked where my items were and the person couldn't even tell me that, she said refer to my invoice which I did and there was no information regarding pickup location or shipping options. Very poor customer service.

Shipping cost is not reasonable
Shipping cost is to high. And the handling time is to long. With the auction fees and shipping cost combined. You will end up paying more than what the item or items are worth.. you are better off to use ebay on some of the items.

unprofessional, incorrect listing, dishonest auctioneer
Auction overlooked major defect when listing. They take no responsibility for their error, have no interest in correcting error. Rug arrived riddled with moth holes, which were not mentioned in the listing. I emailed photos and left a voice mail. He called me back without looking at the email/photos. Said I should have asked for a condition report, and defects were not his problem. He told me to ship rug back to him, at my expense, he would sell it for me. I supposed he would sell to someone else without telling them about the moth holes. Shipping cost was $55, again he said that's my problem. He told me it's his business and he runs it how he wants to. It looks like he wants to run it dishonestly and foolishly.

the auction was interesting with a variety, but what was even better was AFTER the auction-they handled the transaction excellently from beginning to end. I am quite happy with every part of this transaction. tyvm!

NO RESPONSE ON MESSAGE REGARDING BROKEN ITEM
Not great to have 5 days of silence from auction house regarding my message about receiving glass doorknob sharply broken off of it's metal hardware. Could have been broken by auction house or shipper but it was packaged in two pieces and it was one item when I bought it. Would be nice if they let me know if it left them in one piece!

Easy to bid, always find a great decoy, only downfall is the shipping is off the hook.
Nice selection of decoys, can always find decoys to bid on, positive experience. Only issue is the way over priced shipping, so high that I drove the 2 hrs & 15 mins. and picked them up. Very pleasant and helpfull when I arrived.

If you are refencing the live shipping estimates that is live auctioneers shipping service we do not control the price. The local UPS store does offer a service that they will pick up and ship and you can always call them for an estimate before bidding. Again thank you!
