Auction overlooked major defect when listing. They take no responsibility for their error, have no interest in correcting error. Rug arrived riddled with moth holes, which were not mentioned in the listing. I emailed photos and left a voice mail. He called me back without looking at the email/photos. Said I should have asked for a condition report, and defects were not his problem. He told me to ship rug back to him, at my expense, he would sell it for me. I supposed he would sell to someone else without telling them about the moth holes. Shipping cost was $55, again he said that's my problem. He told me it's his business and he runs it how he wants to. It looks like he wants to run it dishonestly and foolishly.

the auction was interesting with a variety, but what was even better was AFTER the auction-they handled the transaction excellently from beginning to end. I am quite happy with every part of this transaction. tyvm!

Not great to have 5 days of silence from auction house regarding my message about receiving glass doorknob sharply broken off of it's metal hardware. Could have been broken by auction house or shipper but it was packaged in two pieces and it was one item when I bought it. Would be nice if they let me know if it left them in one piece!

Nice selection of decoys, can always find decoys to bid on, positive experience. Only issue is the way over priced shipping, so high that I drove the 2 hrs & 15 mins. and picked them up. Very pleasant and helpfull when I arrived.

Overall experience was good but the cost to ship item outweighs me from doing business again unless I am able to pick up the item personally. Item won would of been at the most 30.00 to ship but costed me 125.

Print won at auction had some staining on the mat and damage to the rather flimsy frame but print itself was in fine condition. Those details might have been noted in print description. Invoice was emailed promptly and item was retrieved promptly at pickup where I was able to pay for the item with a check. Very personable customer service.

I was very pleased with almost everything from the auction. All lures were individually wrapped in bubble wrap. One big problem! The most valuable lure had a big sticker with the lot number and my bidder number slapped on the side of it. Unbelievably stupid! Of course I tried to take it off as carefully as possible but quite a few paint flecks stuck to the sticker definitely lowering the grade condition of the lure. I would've called them to complain but what can they do now that the damage is done? In all other aspects they were fine.. I can't remember if they shipped in house or not.....
