Not only was the item as pictured, but the item shipped quickly and I received it in excellent condition.

There was a problem with the item but they took care of it

Unfortunately the cat had a broken ear that was restored and the auctioneer did not catch it while listing the item. Once I receive the item and told the auctioneer about the damage and restoration they offered full refund and return the item or 50 % off and to keep it they were very helpful and very reasonable under the circumstances they're shipping was extremely reasonable and I'll look forward to their next auction

Item description was not accurate

Claimed the watch was an automatic. It was not. Sent an email afterwards and never even dignified my inquiry with a response. Can't even get it together to acknowledge a mistake.
