The folks at Luther were tremendously helpful. I will be back in the future.

Item purchased (a vintage slot machine) was described as ... in original condition.", but the internal mechanism is completely rusted and inoperable and probably has not operated correctly in years. I have reached out to Luther Auctions, but no response to date.

I purchased this Agnes Pelton Hawaiian Orchids watercolor and after consulting with the leading Agnes Pelton expert and showing them my watercolor painting, it was deemed not authentic. I contacted Luther Auctions and showed them the proof that the Agnes Pelton Hawaiian Orchids watercolor they sold me is not authentic. Upon reviewing and confirming my findings, Luther Auctions fully refunded my entire purchase price, including paid return shipping, upon receipt of the watercolor.

had questions and wanted additional photos on an item and they responded instantly-very accommodating on the phone and in person when I came to get the item-overall a very pleasant experience.

They allowed me to bid even though I needed my items shipped. They answered all my questions and the UPS store wrapped everything so carefully and everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much I love everything
