Great Auction House

Flawless and Easy

I won an auction item from Icon Fine Arts ("the auction house") way back in September of 2024 (almost 7 months ago). I was quickly sent an invoice which included extra costs-PLUS shipping. I paid the invoice in FULL. I was then informed by the auction house that they do NOT have the item. They did not know what happened to it ???). I expressed my disapproval to the auction house. However, seeing I had no choice, I requested a refund of $193.87. TO DATE, I have received NOTHING AT ALL from the auction house-neither the item nor the refund. The auction house was not happy with my review. Too bad. I am not happy with its service. I was told to try PayPal or Zelle for a refund. I do not use them. I have been hacked using both for several thousand dollars. All the auction house has to do is send me a check. My name, address, etc., has been supplied multiple times. Since September of 2024, I have won multiple auction items from all over the world (Spain, Italy, Scotland, England, and even war-torn Ukraine), including the USA. Not one of them had a problem mailing me my won item. Their service was great! I will not go away. I will now write a review update every month until I receive my refund.

Seller said "Signed Bob Dylan Planet Waves LPis an album cover with LP signed by the named artist. This piece came from a private collector with unknown origination and authentication. This piece comes with the original certificate of authenticity from a closed established music and memorabilia dealer in Las Vegas." I purchased the item and after taking this item to JSA they said this signature was not signed by Bob Dylan. So after paying for the shipping, buyers premium and the signed album I am out $107.00 plus the 35.00 I paid to JSA for authentication service. If this seller has other items from the same collector I would highly recommend passing on the items. As far as the seller goes they were responsive to any questions I had about shipping.
