Bad, dishonest, they won't even give me an invoice after I bidded successfully, even after I requested for the invoice, APR57 just replied to request for my payment and to inform them after I pay them to 'confirm' then they will ship the items. However after paying and inform them 10 days later there is still no response from them to confirm my shipping. No matter what contact they gave you seems not to be able to reach to them. The website of them however shows the items that I bided are sold out too. (*** Please read the Google rating on them for clear idea of how bad and dishonest this shop the way they earn their money. This is just based on my experience and the opinions of mine and is only for the reference to whoever that is reading. I spent 7K USD and got nothing.

The delivery service tried twice to deliver. They were delivering to the wrong address (even though I gave the right one). APR57 called to see what the problem was. They fixed it and the delivery guy came to the right address! It was very reassuring that they cared!!!!

After winning the lot as the highest bidder, I was asked to "grant permission" to remove the item from my cart. After asking for an adequate explanation, they first mentioned "clerking" error. Later on, the item became "currently not available at this time". After objecting to that ambiguous message, they sent another message requesting to cancel the sale. All this dubious conduct was aggravated by their failure to acknowledge all my previous responses and objections.

No payment invoice issued to me after winning bid. I called them and they said the items I won were already sold long time ago.

I won an item on July 10 and haven't received any information from the gallery on payment or delivery. After winning, waited a week for them to contact me and then tried several times to reach out for next steps-no response, nada, nothing.
