One of the very few genuinely professional auction houses.
Communication was clear and reliable throughout the process. They were very helpful with packing and shipping, and everything was handled smoothly and transparently, without hidden fees or unnecessary charges. Highly recommended.

Unexpected Change in Shipping Cost
After the auction ended, I received an invoice for a set amount of money and that amount was withdrawn from my PayPal account. I was then notified that I had not paid the full amount and that I still owed more in order to have the items shipped to me. After some emails back and forth, I ended up paying an additional amount above, which was more than what was stated on the original invoice and what was originally withdrawn from my PayPal account. I am going to try to avoid doing business with them again.

Let us tell you what happened: First, after 3 days for our auction, you still not pay your invoice, then Liveauctioneer's charged the cost from your credit card automatically, so it's not our company did it! Second, the first invoice didn't include the shipping cost, then we sent you the second one, you said you didn't receive it, then we sent you Email again and told you can pay the shipping cost via PayPal, you paid it. now you said we charged you additional amount, so tell us which part we charged you extra?
