My first auction with Mynt, and I could not ask for a better experience. My item was exactly as described and arrived in a timely fashion … well packed.

While they mentioned the time frame for the shipping of merchandise in their list of disclaimers, it pales in comparison to auction houses. I don’t think I will use their auction house again.

Bid and won a Jersey. When received several weeks later it was not the correct jersey. I immediately started trying to get this issue resolved by sending them exactly what they needed (pictures of item received, picture of verification of what I won plus invoice) and Am still waiting to hear on how they are going to correct the issue. Whenever I send an email they say to wait 24-48 hours for a response. In almost a week I am still nowhere with this company. Also count on at least 25 % or more tacked on to the item you win. Strongly do not recommend this company due to their Customer Service and ridiculously high rates. As much of a Headache this has become, I imagine I will have to get intouch with my CC company and the State Attorney General. How unfortunate.

Won this beautiful coin. They held it for me until I returned home from being on the road. I will definitely purchase more items through their auctions.

This team of people are great! I have asked other auctions a question on something and NEVER got any kind of response. With Mynt it’s a whole different story. These people are on top of it. You ask a question, you WILL get a response. It may not be right that second, but it’s fairly fast and always accurate. Like I said I am new to this auction stuff but the Mynt Auction team is by a long ways the best I’ve dealt with!!!

This was my first time bidding with them and I received my package quickly and it was well packed. I didn't need to contact them as everything was done within reasonable time and at a reasonable rate. I would happily bid and work with them again.

The box is beautiful, and looks better in life than the auction photos, which are also really good. This is how you present objects on line. Good photos yes, but ones that do not make the object look better than in person. Have had a few objects for other on-line auctions, not as beautiful as the on-line photos, which made me highlight those auction houses for "no future purchases . But Mynt is the opposite. Really seriously happy with this acquisition. Thank you. As I opened the shipping box my assistant said out loud, from across the room," Oh my, it's far more beautiful than the photos! "He took the words out of my mouth. Extremely happy with this acquisition to the collection.

This was an easy buying experience. I would bid with this auction house again. No worries.

Phone literally was frozen inoperable. I was paitently waiting to. bid on an ENTIRELY different item, and I was 2 lots away, I waited and when I was waiting for whatever reason. just like CHAIRISH APP THIS ONE FROZE AND CRASHED BUT IT FROZE MY ENTIRE PHONE. SO I HARD TO TURN IT OFF AND BACK ON AND BY THE TIME I WAS DONE DOING THAT MISSED MY ITEM, I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE THIS RIGHT AWAY AND I BROUGHT IT TO NOT ONLY LIVE AUCTIONEERS ATTENTION BUT THEIRS AND THEY ARE STRONG ARMING ME INTO TRYING TO FORCE PURCHASE. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I wrote to them regarding a situation that I thought was unfair. They immediately responded and took measures to fix the problem. Very rare in auction outfits. Highly recommend

This item took six weeks to receive. When I finally received it, I saw that it shipped from Atlanta, one hour from my house. I would have saved hundreds of dollars in shipping had the auction house disclosed that information. Additionally, this item arrived in its original packaging, so no work was done by Mynt that would have a) contributed to the shipping price or b) contributed to the amount of time it took to ship. I will avoid this auction house in the future.

Serialized card i won with becket grade was not what i received!!!! Itold MYNT no response no care horrible auction house with show bidding all over will lose my families business... Im dealing with live auctioneers help services now
