Fast shipping after auction
I do lots of auction buying. Harris always ships quickly after the close of the payment of the invoice. Never have to wait for weeks & weeks to receive your lots you have paid for. Photos of the lots are great. Unlike other auction house Harris always thanks the time to put trains out of boxes to take photos so you can see what your buying. The only time they don't if it's sealed and new in the box, which is a good thing. I will always watch their auctions. Keep up the great auctions Steve K PAPA STEVE'S RAILROAD

Items Were Carefully Wrapped
I won a large lot of trains and some of them were very fragile, so I was worried that they might get damaged when shipped. However, every piece was carefully wrapped which I really appreciate. The box was shipped quickly.

Excellent customer service, was a pleasure doing business.
The entire process was my first with this company, and it was a pleasure. The woman on the phone was great, and answered a shipping question I had easily. Items all arrived safely and exactly as described, and shipping rate was reasonable given the weight and distance. Would do business again.
