Lack of Communication
Have not heard from auction house for months, no reply from calls and emails.

Item never arrived and no one will respond
I won and purchased two artworks from this auction house and arranged to pick up the items in person. When arrived, only one item was pulled and the other was not on site nor available for pick up. So the auction house told me they would ship the item to me free of charge. Well that was 6 months ago and I still can’t get through to anybody and no one will reply with where my purchased artwork is. Pretty lame.

Best piece of art I've ever won
The online auction picture did not do my item justice. It is a surreal masterpiece and I'm sure I scored a deal. After all, isn't that why most of us are hooked, finding an undiscovered gem. I will definitely recommend this Auction House. Thanks

Alfred did not take time to contact us directly about this issue for a resolution. While we know we can do better next time, it appears the damage to the print was mostly caused by mishandling during shipment. It is routine for us to ship prints in this manner if they cannot be rolled. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

As stated in our terms, the buyer is 100 % responsible for arranging pickup of item (s) if "self-arranged" is selected, regardless of contact. The buyer was insistent on forfeiting the item once the shipping price was realized, which should be acknowledged before bidding. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Don't be in a hurry.
Processing is slow but item was packed well and arrived as described. Took almost a month to receive so if you're not in a hurry, no problem.

Great product, Questionable shipping quality
The product was well described and excellent. The shipping packaging was insufficient and poorly protected. There was no damage but that was lucky.
