Have not heard from auction house for months, no reply from calls and emails.

no emails or phone calls answered its been months.

I won and purchased two artworks from this auction house and arranged to pick up the items in person. When arrived, only one item was pulled and the other was not on site nor available for pick up. So the auction house told me they would ship the item to me free of charge. Well that was 6 months ago and I still can’t get through to anybody and no one will reply with where my purchased artwork is. Pretty lame.

The online auction picture did not do my item justice. It is a surreal masterpiece and I'm sure I scored a deal. After all, isn't that why most of us are hooked, finding an undiscovered gem. I will definitely recommend this Auction House. Thanks

Processing is slow but item was packed well and arrived as described. Took almost a month to receive so if you're not in a hurry, no problem.

The product was well described and excellent. The shipping packaging was insufficient and poorly protected. There was no damage but that was lucky.
