It took a long time to get my item, and shipping done. They had the wrong zip code and so we went back and forth for several days to straighten it out. Received Jan 3, 2022

Bought a $40 item in auction in a town 14 miles from home. Was given 3 days after sale because they are onsite and leaving. Couldn’t make the Monday, Tuesday Wednesday daytime window because I work. Didnt know they would automatically send to a shipper that I NEVER consented to using and never authorized this action. Now Shipper wants $38 to mail it from 30 miles away. They can keep the item and auction should state in their terms about the pick up and shipping terms which are horrible. I buy LOTS of items World wide in LiveAuctioneer and have never had an experience like this where I was forced to use an unauthorized agent for shipping. When I contacted seller I was basically told that they were leaving the “site” so they sent item to shipper. Again had they spelled things out in their terms I wouldn’t have a complaint, it would be my fault ~ but now my hand is forced by the auction to pay additional for an item that isn’t worth the cost of the shipping.
