This auction brings together fine art, antiques, sterling silver, jewelry, furniture, art glass, and decorative objects from select estates and collections. The sale offers an exciting mix of historically significant pieces, timeless furnishings, and distinctive objects for collectors and interiors. At the heart of the sale is property from the Charleston and Walterboro estate of Charlie Prioleau Paul, represented in Lots 1–100 and 200–End. The collection reflects generations of family history extending to Hagerstown, Maryland, with ties to Revolutionary War General Otho Holland Williams, an important figure in Western Maryland history. Gallery and Gavel is now one of my favorite auction houses. Their in-house shipping is a huge plus and definitely saved me money. I buy many things from auctions and they make the whole process enjoyable..

Great to Wok With
They were very helpful and went out of their way to help me and make the Auction process easier. With some online Auctions not handling shipping now, it’s a non-starter for me. It’s too much trouble to deal with pickup and shipping from another state. This was a win win for me!
