To clarify the shipping process: when "LiveShipping" is selected through LiveAuctioneers, they coordinate with third-party carriers. Because they often wait to consolidate multiple orders, and yours was the only one selected for this service, they are combining it with pickups from our most recent auction. For smaller items like this camera, we highly recommend our in-house shipping. It is typically faster and more cost-effective. We can usually process those shipments within a week of receiving your request. We certainly don't want you to be frustrated. Damaged items and missing parts
I won seven items in one auction, and three of them were problematic. Binoculars were clearly broken with pieces rattling around inside and one of the painting's canvas has cut through the canvas that was not mentioned in the listing. The photo shows it from the back of the canvas but the canvas was laid flat, so it didn't appear as a cut/tear. The Snow Joe did not have the battery pack or charger making the shovel inoperable without a $60 replacement battery. I contacted the company about the binoculars and Snow Joe (the painting was cheap so there was nothing to do about it). Bonnie returned the cost of the binoculars but pushed back on the Snow Joe saying that the photos speak for themselves-however, there was no way to know this was a cordless model. This brings me to another issue I have with the company-their listings are not detailed well. Models are not included, and items are photoshopped to eliminate backgrounds which also removes cords. Bonnie eventually gave me a refund for the snow joe which I appreciate. The pickup locations are over an hour's drive from my home so I bid less than I would on things without model numbers and sizes in case they don't work for me (this happened with the tv stand I won which went straight to the alley). Even with the two items refunded, it is disappointing to spend 3 hours on the roundtrip drive and wait to pick up just to find that the items I was trading my time and money for weren't as expected. The communication was a bit slow but, as mentioned, I was refunded for the items I requested refunds for, and I appreciate that.

Poor communication
After the auction ended, I received my invoice along with pickup instructions. I noticed the pickup day was Saturday, but I didn't notice it was a week prior to the sale. I planned on picking up my items on Saturday. I was out of town Friday, when a new pickup time email was sent, stating pickup was on Friday. By the time I got home, the pickup time had expired. I called the company and the pickup number. I received no response from the auction company. I texted the pickup number almost 3 weeks ago and still no response. I get it, I should have looked more closely. At the same time the auction company should have entered the correct date. The fact I received no response my calls or my text is extremely unprofessional. I will not do business with this company in the future.

Shippng costs are inflated
Items were in great shape. However in house shipping costs are extremely inflated. So take that into account.

They LOST 5 items from this auction after items were won
I accept that occasionally a "won auction" item might be lost, especially if it is small. But in one auction, they managed to loose 5 separate items, all of them quite large — including a 2 ft. high statue! Only one item of mine was lost after I bid, won and paid for it. I was reimbursed. Nonetheless, I am greatly disappointed that they don't have better tracking for pricey rare items.
