Great experience with Miami Treasure Auctions. Called to set up with their in house shipping. Easy to get in contact with them to get it paid for, they did a great job in packing the item, and very quick in shipping it. Very pleasant to talk to as well! All around great experience!

A good auction house.
I contacted auction house for their in house shipping price they gave me a range and when they charge for the item it fell towards the lower range. They shipped in a reasonable time span. The painting had 4/5 layers of 3 different materials all snugged into a heavy duty box. Will not hesitate to bid again.

Will use them again
I was worried to bid from an auction house that was new to me. Miami Treasures was terrific. I didn't receive responses to my emails so I don't recommend contacting them that was. Over the phone they are courteous and answered my questions (I asked if I could pay them directly to avoid online fees-no you can't) and I called them again 3 days later to pay for their in-house shipping which was half the price of LiveAuctioneers. Everything arrived within 10 days and packed well. I immediately bid on another item with them and went through the same simple steps.

Best Auction House
This is the best auction house I’ve ever dealt with. They have amazing products, customer service, and they pick up every time you call. They handle everything quickly and efficiently. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and I cannot say enough good things, but I will say that if every auction house were like them, the world would be a better place.

beware
I purchased a painting that was described as 6 x 8 inches (48 sq inches). When it arrived, it measures a little under 5 x 5 inches, half the advertised size. I have contacted both the auction house and LiveAuctioneers asking for a partial refund and have yet to get any response. This is not the first time I have bought something through Live Auctioneers that wasn't as advertised, and they are not terribly helpful. So be very careful and verify all details before you bid. Ask for additional pictures and a condition report. With such hefty buyer's commissions, we should be treated more like customers who deserve to be satisfied.

Professional auction house with integrity
When my artwork arrived I was concerned. The old (mid-century) glass made the original artwork look very one-dimensional. I was concerned I had not received what had been described. I contacted the house and they urged me to have a professional framer remove the art from the vintage frame and inspect it. In fact, once removed from behind the opaque glass and from the very poor backing and mat, the artwork was stunning. exactly as promised. It is rare to have an auction house of this integrity and service to its customer.

People answered their phone, They were very courteous
I call with some questions and someone always answered the phone and was very courteous. I buy lots of artwork so they addressed the questions I had about payment and shipping.... I would go through their auction again... very satisfied.... Ron

Works hard to fix issues
