Responsive, accomodating.
This was my second experience bidding, then picking up my won item. Both experiences were seamless and pleasant. Not only would I bid on future items, I would consider placing an item of mine up for auction with Orion because they represent their auction items so professionally.

Easy to work with
Item was well described and Orion was quick to answer a question about the item prior to auction. Flawless transaction. We used a third-party shipper (which Orion recommended) and they did an excellent job of both communication and packing to ensure the item was well protected (and they were cheaper than LiveAuctioneers own shipping). Would gladly buy from Orion again.

Orion made a significant extra effort
I had forgotten about this auction and the lots that i had won. Although Orion Auctions has a published policy that lots that remain unclaimed are subject to forfeiture and subsequent re-auction, Orion reached out and contacted me directly, apprising me of the unclaimed lots, and recommending shippers. Because of the extra efforts by Orion Antiques i was able to connect with a shipper and arrange for pickup and shipping of the lots. I heartily thank Orion Antiques, enthusiastically endorse them, and will be watching more of their auctions in the future. Thank you!!
