Thank you for your review Ronald. As much as we strive to make it safe to transport the item we understand the unpacking can be uncomfortable. We will look into it to make it less time consuming but at the same time very safe. Regarding the frames, the items are safely stored and have their original frames. The inspection didnt reveal any damage to the frame before the shipment but as you mentioned we will make sure to have the frames tightened and reinspected once we notice anything loose. We appreciate your business with us and we take any issue with the items and shipment very seriously. Thanks again for bringing up these questions as they help us make the service better!
