Terrible experience
This place doesn't answer emails or return phone calls. It took 3 weeks to receive items and one item was missing. I recommend them to no one and to be honest I'm not sure how live actions allows them to be part of their network.

Shipping was never paid for, still sitting in shipping. Emails have been sent with no response.

2 items cancelled. Sent emails & called. 10 days no response.-charged $70 for $30 auction. THE WORST
2 won items cancelled. Sent emails & called.-was told manager would get back. 10 days no response.-Then charged credit card & asked if they could keep items & money. Refused media mail on pulps, Then charged me $31 to mail a handful of bks. Wouldn't do shipping on the phone. Called mailing company & they said items cost $15 to mail. Total amount was $70 for $30 worth of won bks, & they cancelled the 2 low-priced items I won.
