THIS COMPANY IS SO AWESOME. EVERYTHING WAS BETER THAN PERFECT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.

Right before the auction went live JMW revised the description to say pages were missing. i immediately contacted them to retract my bid but heard nothing, I was finally notified that I would have to do the retraction myself about 30 minutes before the start of the auction. Since the auction took place on a weekday mid afternoon, I had no time to make the retraction. When the item arrived I noticed it had a torn cover not shown or mentioned in the photos or description, I contacted the gallery and asked who I could forward photos of the item to, I have never heard back from them. I buy items at auction almost weekly, this is unquestionably the worst experience and service I have ever seen. I would not buy from them ever again.

My winning bid was on a lot of cameras and accessories. The items were described through pictures and the included pictures were true to the received items and sufficient to have a good idea what you're bidding on. Shipping was quick, 4 days elapsed from end of auction to delivered. Shipping charges were reasonable. Overall very happy.

I have been doing business with JMW auctions for several years and am never disappointed. The owner Jay is always available for questions or to share his knowledge. Items are presented nicely in a tidy showroom. Jay is always available by phone. Front desk staff is very helpful at answering any questions. Overall wonderful experience with this company. I highly recommend their services whether you are a buyer or a seller.

What a pleasure to do business with. I live on Long Island, about a three hour drive and Pick up was EASY! Communication was stellar. Most importantly, the painting was much better than expected. Again, really nice people to do business with.

I won a lot advertised as being 120 comic books in excellent condition. I got less than 100 books in maybe "good" condition, but pretty worthless. Disappointed at the false advertising.
