Very difficult to work with. Piece was over priced and after the premium and fees was VERY overpriced. Absolute nightmare getting it shipped for the price I paid it should have been shipped in house within 2 days. Had to wait over a week to get it shipped from one of their chosen shippers so another charge on top. Will not be doing business with them again. The Lithograph was in fine condition but I have since seen them in just as fine condition at a much lower price. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Do not trust Five Star Auctions under any circumstances. This company is running a completely unethical, bad-faith operation designed to trap online buyers and cover up their tracks. To start, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. The staff are incredibly rude, combative, and downright insulting when you call to ask simple questions about your invoice. They treat paying customers like an inconvenience and show zero professionalism. The reason they get away with this is their systemic review scrubbing and blatant market manipulation. They actively suppress negative feedback online to delete honest customer complaints and artificially inflate their ratings. They are deliberately wiping out real reviews to trick new bidders into thinking they are legitimate, which is a massive red flag. Once you win an auction, you quickly realize why people are trying to warn others. They hit you with predatory buyer’s premiums and hidden online platform fees that blow up your final invoice. Then, they refuse to provide in-house shipping, forcing you into an expensive logistical nightmare with third-party couriers that takes weeks to resolve. Their descriptions are deliberately vague, meaning you are paying premium prices for unverified items. This place is a deceptive trap that manipulates its online presence to scam people. They deserve a 0/10. Avoid them at all costs and report their behavior to the hosting platform.
