l have purchased items previously from a number of different auction houses. Aldens is in my experience very reliable. My painting arrived on time and extremely well packaged and l did not have to chase them up. Great job.

This book was protected in a properly packaged small box, excellent.

The people were very helpful with my in-person pickup! It was also well package for easy transport. Great people.

If you never need to talk to them they may be ok. Email only. No phone and their business isn’t PPE to the public. They auto hit your credit cad before giving you any other chance to pay. They move your item to the other side of town so you cat pick it up. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my item. I’ll be cali g my credit card company next week to credit me back my payment if I don’t hear from someone or get my item
