There are many auction companies to buy from on line but what im looking for is on that will take care of you after the sale and Hotspot is A + in my book. Beware when buying coins!!! FAKES!!!
The picture were not very representative of the coins, particularly the "Trade Dollar". The lighting obscured telltale laser engraving marks and focus was slightly off. After receiving the coins I found similar coins (identical mistakes) in other auction listings using same photos so be very carefull!

My item was exactly as described. I received an invoice within 24 hours. The UPS shipping store they recommended answered immediately and shipped within 2 days. An excellent experience and I would highly recommend.

Fake Chinese knockoff of Qing dynasty Agarwood
The description mentioned Qing dynasty Agarwood however, it turned out to be a fake Chinese knockoff which is not worth anything. Upon contacting the auction house (without 48 hours of receiving the item), they said they cannot process any returns/refunds as they have already paid the consigner. Also, no response from LiveAuctioneers team on the same issue despite of sending them multiple emails.

Fake zisha teapots
What was sold as "Qing Dynasty, China" zisha teapot turned out to be a modern imitation. And probably not even a zisha clay.
