Fake Chinese knockoff of Qing dynasty Agarwood
The description mentioned Qing dynasty Agarwood however, it turned out to be a fake Chinese knockoff which is not worth anything. Upon contacting the auction house (without 48 hours of receiving the item), they said they cannot process any returns/refunds as they have already paid the consigner. Also, no response from LiveAuctioneers team on the same issue despite of sending them multiple emails.
