I called to set up pick up time for my items and they were very accommodating. Everything was prepared to be picked up and it only took a few minutes. They were helpful loading and very polite to deal with. It’s difficult to find a company with such good customer service these days.

Bid wisely

Lee auctioneers are very unprofessional-Rude to say the least. I spent over 3400 with them and still have not received all of my items. They quoted me a shipping cost and then did not honor it. I should have read the reviews before bidding. Do not recommend!

Everything about this transaction was great. Lee Fox Auctioneers quickly answered my questions about condition before the auction-and made me feel comfortable bidding on the item. When the auction was completed-they notified me about high cost of shipping from UPS Store... and genuinely seemed surprised and dismayed at the price quote. When I was hesitant about the amount-they found a much better rate and did a spectacular job of packing and shipping the piece themselves. A beautiful item! I would definitely buy from them again!

I picked up some of my items but was told the other items that I won were at another location. I asked them to call me when I could pick them up. A week later I called and was told to send my info. I texted a couple more days and finally received a call from an employee stating the 26 dolls that I won were missing and they didn't know what happened to them. She credited me for the dolls but it was disappointing.

My first time doing business with Lee M. Fox. Sent me my items without confirmation and told me it was a "courtesy shipment". Now attempting to charge me over 400 % of what it should have cost to ship. Items were packed with used boxes and old newspapers that had a stench to them. Shipping Invoice was $388.51... Then dropped to $288.51.. Then dropped to $151.81. within 2 weeks. I generously calculated shipping costs to be around $82.00 for a total weight of 29lbs. I was asked to pay in full and then they would send me a credit. I sent them a revision of my research. No reply as of yet. I can never do business with this company again.
