Minor glitch, but otherwise all right.
Most of the items arrived in good order without any issues. One of the items (luckily, a not very vital or valuable item) was smashed in shipping, but Shipping Saint paid off the insurance, so in the end, all is well.

Don't assume ANYTHING with this company!
Won a lot with 2 small dishes that were both chipped and so are worthless. No flaws were disclosed in the listing. Complained after receiving the items and got no response. Not a peep. Not a sorry. Nothing. Buyer beware. Every other auction house I've dealt with on LiveAuctioneers discloses flaws in items. Not this one. Buyer beware.
