Lot descriptions were very accurate, images of the lots were thorough and very helpful, but what really set them apart was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff I interacted with. Aude-Claire in particular was very kind and patient with me as she walked me through the various shipping options that are available with Live Auctioneers, and my winning lot was packed safely and shipped to my front door incredibly quickly at a very reasonable cost.
