Very easy to work with
I bought multiple items with them on the same auction. I was on vacation when they arrived, so am just looking at them today. Everything is exactly as described and more. They refered me to UPS store # 1198, and the price was very reasonable and everything is packed extremely well. The whole process went very smoothly.

No Hassles!
I was able to quickly and easily register, bid on my lot, pay via invoice, select shipping and track the package until it arrived. This doesn't always happen with other auction houses. The items were as shown in photos, including the mismatched lid, but I didn't need one of the containers so the containers I'm using all have matching lids. Perfect purchase!

Easy transaction, items well packaged
Fast and easy transaction and great communication. Seller helpful with using an outside shipper they recommended and that shipper was great. All the items were well packaged for shipping to prevent any damage. No issues and would buy from again

Shipping was awful; costly and items damaged due to how packaged.
Won a single lot which was for 35 vintage comic books. The auctioneers shipper provided only one option-overnight delivery. So that was a lot. Then cost got doubled for Shippers pack-it-up fee. Item arrived and when unboxed I found the comics smashed together in shrink wrap blob. Books were bent, warped. Top and bottom of stack had (color breaking) indentations from the incredibly tight shrink wrap. Absolutely terrible. Would expect better oversight and/or direction from an auctioneer who advertises themselves as specialists in vintage collectibles.
