I totally missed read about shipping my order. I contacted Claire, she understood my delimma and took care of finding my ear rings. (They were not for me BTW, they were for my wife, in case you were wondering.) Claire shipped them FedEx and she got them in time to go on a business trip. Plus our cat like the blue box the came in)

The items, presentation of items to me, shipping and communication have been exceptional. Beyond pleased. Elbert is top of my list for all of the above reasons further, the items are been better in person and I love the gemological appraisal that is simply on the gems without a value as it should be.

If you have concerns about doing business with Elbert Gallery, don't. This was the best experience I have ever had with any business.
