Will definitely buy from this auctioneer again. Very responsive to emails. Only issue was a bit slow to ship (10 days after winning) but that may be LiveAuctioneers shipping and not the fault of the auction house.

It is such a pleasure doing business with Pandora. They are very helpful and accomodating. Their items are such good quality. Meets expectation, no disappointment when an item arrives, so no buyers remorse. Whatvis even better, sometimes the shipping costs on top of premiums, fees and tax is "the straw that broke the camels back." Pandora will shop to you at a very modest cost. I strongly recommend doing business with this aution house. It has been nothing except a good experience.

I have absolutely no complaint regarding Pandora Auctions. Their item description was very accurate and once they handled the shipping, it was fast. I had nothing but trouble with LiveAuctioneers shipping who was supposed to be shipping it. I was overcharged and the overage had to be refunded. I received multiple emails regarding shipping charges and changes then was finally told to arrange my own shipping. LiveAuctioneers customer service was terrible, although I have dealt with them before with no problem. I finally was notified by Pandora Auctions that they would be shipping my item themselves and it arrived quickly. I would definitely buy from Pandora Auctions again but would not want anything shipped by LiveAuctioneers.

Love my items and they are exactly as described. Buyers fee is too much. I am tired of these buyers premiums being too much though. I will only start following those auction houses with reasonable fees. Shipping fees were great and the correct cost!

My earrings arrived today in gorgeous condition. They were securely packed and carefully packaged in a box surrounded by bubble-wrap. I am extremely pleased with the way Pandora handled my purchase and I give them a 10 out of 10. They have my highest recommendation and I will definitely bid with them again.
