I would not recommend ordering from them
I ordered from this auction house three times within three weeks. Each time there was an issue unfortunately I did not know due to the delay in shipping or I would not have continue to bid in their auctions. The first time there was a ring that was listed as genuine gemstones and said it was marked Sterling. It was not marked, and the centerpiece was plastic. I brought this to their attention, and their customer service was definitely lacking. I figured maybe it was a genuine mistake. The second time one of my items was not able to be located and did not arrive and the third time again one of my items was not located and did not arrive and in the second Auction again an item was listed as sterling silver, the chain and the pendant, and neither were sterling silver. I could pick up the whole piece with a magnet, the chain and the pendant we’re not marked and we’re not sterling as indicated in listing. When you order from a place three times and they have errors in every order that to me is a huge red flag and I will not order from them ever again not to mention like I said their customer service was below a standard.

Beware of this auction house!
Pocket watch was described as follows: Very good vintage condition with minor patina according to age. Dial measures approx. 1 1/2 "long and 1 1/2" wide and weighs ca. 90.9 grams. Marked for WALTHAM. The timepiece is functional.-What I received instead was a watch that doesn't run at all when wound. Should have been leery that there was only two pictures in the listing, none of the movement itself but why try to be that deceptive with potential buyers? Its not right. Now they won't work with me or issue a refund. Disputing with the credit card company instead. Terrible auction house, buyers beware of dealing with these shady crooks.

What's not to like
Buying from Pandora not only are you getting top quality items but personal service as well. There are many auction houses but I've come to marvel at the quality of the auction items. They are accurately described and if there is ever a question I am answered very quickly. I look forward to Pandora auctions and what they have coming up. I wish I could buy more. Love everything about them. Just a joy.

Excellent transaction, Highly recommended.
Will definitely buy from this auctioneer again. Very responsive to emails. Only issue was a bit slow to ship (10 days after winning) but that may be LiveAuctioneers shipping and not the fault of the auction house.
