The goods were acurately described, well packed and quickly shipped.

The item I won at auction was a small unusual Kittinger urn table. I reached out to them first to ask about potential shipping, and they recommended one of the best shippers I have ever used. I received a rough quote which admittedly was more than the price of the piece, but was well worth it. It is really helpful when you are far away and not a "professional" to get good guidance with shipping. The piece is beautiful and was in perfect condition. I have never seen such careful packing. I am really glad I own it, coming from Buffalo, the home of Kittinger. Everything went as professionally and smoothly as could be. Many thanks! Sharon H

Superb coordination between Peterborough Auctions and the shipping vendor. Not only did the FedEx shipment arrive two days early, but I also can’t recall ever receiving a better packaged item. The item was incredibly well protected. Thank you!

Unfortunately they do not have inhouse shipping and apparently are located in a small town with only one company shipping for them. There is no competition, so you have to accept the cost without comparing with other possibilities. I usually buy at auction houses that take care of the shipping, but didn't see that there was no inhouse shipping with this establishment. So shipping is more expensive, because the shipper charges fees to go pick up the items. Most auction houses at least have more than one shipping company so you can compare prices. There is another shipper in Peterborough that I found on my own, but they only accept drop offs. The shipping is why I gave only 3 stars.

This auction house is excellent to work with. My bidding and receipt of my purchase went like clock work-perfect. Well done!
