SHIPPING DEPARTMENT TOP OF THE LINE!

I purchased two glass vases. I asked many questions about the items and shipping options. Each question was answered promptly and clearly. I have trust issues with pack and ship of art glass. I have had many horrible experiences with items coming broken due to poor packaging. I asked LUXUR to pack and ship each vase separate because I think that is the safest way to get the vases. I could have saved money with combined shipping but because of my trust issues, I did not select that option. I got one of the vases today and let me say this. Their pack and ship department is awesome! I paid 50 dollars to pack and ship a valuable glass vase and that was the best choice I could have made. Liveactioneers shipping wanted twice as much. The vase came in lots of bubble wrap and double boxed. They used the foam peanuts to eliminate any empty space within the boxes so no movement. Really a great job pack and ship. If I ever have the opportunity to purchase from LUXOR again, and win multiple items, I now trust their pack and ship department to combine as many items as they want!! I can not say enough how refreshing it is to get good value for the money. Great service with this company. BTW the vase is in perfect condition! Thanks again for your effort.

In house shipping at a reasonable price

They are a good auction house, items are described accurately. The in house shipping makes a huge difference in the New York area as shipping items from New York can be quite expensive.

Superb customer service

Luxur was extremely responsive before the auction and after. Provided a very reasonable in-house shipping rate before the auction, which is always helpful in estimating the true cost. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Excellent customer service and expert packing

I had an awesome experience with Luxur Fine Art Auction and have already started following them for future sales. They answered my questions about shipping, they gave me a very fair price on shipping and the person that packed my item did an unbelievable job on it! Vintage/antique sewing machines are very heavy and fragile but the way my machine was expertly packed, and also marked fragile, ensured that it arrived undamaged, I will definitely be back!
