Accurate item description and good communication following the auction
Very good experience bidding for and winning an item that was described accurately and with nice, detailed photos. Communication following the auction was good and while I ended up using an alternative shipper, that process was smooth and my item arrived in decent time and great condition. I would not hesitate to participate in future auctions with Heritage Gallery Auctions.
