Best customer service I've ever had.
I've won a number of lots over the last three months. When I say I've had the best auction house experience I mean it. Every question I sent was answered promptly (even on a Sunday). Even my dumb questions (to me) received a responsive answer. I don't know if I can mention the person's name, but she knows who I mean. The pieces have all been great. Absolutely great range of pieces.
