Gaia would not answer the phone or emails I sent to discuss payment, then gave me a nonpayment strike. I made many attempts to pay my bill and I really wanted the merchandise. Now other auctioneers reject my bids. Doing business with Gaia has hurt me professionally. Steer clear.

Communicating with them was painful-response time was crazy slow-love the products that I won-but it wasn't an easy transaction-with little to no communication from the Auction house-until I suggested getting Live Auctioneers involved-I am not sure if I would bid again through this Auction house

My item arrived safely packaged and as advertised eventually. Although the seller has no control over shipping, I would still expect them to be responsive to communications. After multiple attempts at contact via phone and email over three weeks, having received no responses (until the day before delivery), I was on the verge of more drastic actions when the package finally arrived.

The print I purchased was inadequately packaged. It was sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and arrived with a very large crease from damage during shipping. I never heard back after asking for a refund or some other kind of remedy. I would never bid there again.

Beautiful sterling necklace with coral and turquoise was shipped in 3 layers of bubble wrap and a flexible envelope with no signature required. It arrived badly twisted but can be fixed. It could have been irreparably damaged or stolen since it was not boxed or signature required.
